This course is completed with a combination of self-paced learning and live online simulation/training. 

Testing is completed from your home or work on a zoom video call with a certified proctor. We mail you a sealed paper exam ahead of the session.

All course materials are included on loan for up to 1 year. Two-way shipping is included in the tuition cost.     

You retain access to the course after completion and lessons can be downloaded for your professional library. 

Recertification classes typically have very little required training. However, with this course, you can get free access to review the original Radar Observer Unlimited course to help you remember key concepts before the exam.

You can reach out to the instructor with questions and can generally expect an answer within 24-hours, usually less.

Technology requirements: a laptop or desktop computer with normal internet access. Google Chrome or other modern browser. PC or Mac works fine. Chromebooks do not work. Some tablets work, especially if they are recently updated. The best experience is on an updated PC or Mac laptop. Mac's will require "Windows App" which is available free in the app store.
