Combined PSC Limited and Lifeboatman Limited (Blended Learning) (for SEA, OHP, and COTS only)
This course is for crewmembers of Sea Semester, Oliver Hazard Perry Rhode Island, and Call of the Sea, Sausalito. The course is narrowly written for these vessels to assist the crews in obtaining Able Seaman Sail certification. Other tall ship sailors are welcome to take the course but should check in with the instructor [email protected] first to arrange the assessments.
Your Instructor
Christopher D. Nolan is a former US Coast Guard cutterman. Chris has over 14 years of sea time, with 10 years in command. He holds a 1600-ton USCG merchant mariner license upon ocean routes, having served on the following vessels:
