How long do I have access to the course?
After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course for as long as you like - across any and all devices you own. You can download lessons for your professional library, too.
What if I am unhappy with the course?
We would never want you to be unhappy! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us in the first 30 days and we will give you a full refund.
How do I get my exams and materials?
After enrolling in the course, you'll fill out a short shipping form. We typically ship materials out on Mondays. Once you have completed the form and paid tuition, we'll ship your materials/exams. You can retain them for up to 1 year. Two-way shipping is included in the course tuition.
How do the exams work?
Once you have your materials and sealed exams, you can make an appointment for proctoring through a scheduling link. We have proctor hours several times per week. You'll take the test using pencil/paper while being monitored on a Zoom call.
